Shade Sail Services has been providing shade solutions across Victoria for 15 years. We are a small vibrant family business located in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. We pride ourselves on providing excellence in Customer Service and have grown yearly due to the commitment of the team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Represent Shade Sail Services in a positive and friendly manner. 
• First point of call for all incoming phone calls and web-based customer queries, responding in a timely manner.
• Management of the project pipeline ensuring timely delivery and installation of Shade Sails
• To build and strengthen key customer relationships, identifying opportunities for sales growth.
• Work closely with the Sales team to schedule the on-site work to the maximum efficiency, liaising with the Foreman to negotiate arrangements. 
• Responsible for assuring quality of work
• General Admin duties such as filing, errands, stationery and mail runs
• Working with the team environment as well as autonomously to provide assistance where and as needed

About you:

• Friendly, professional and the ability to build rapport with the clients is a must.
• We are looking for someone who has a “can-do” attitude when it comes to meeting deadlines and can remain positive when working under pressure. 
• Attention to the details and excellent time management skills are a must have
• Previous experience in construction industries would be a bonus however not essential. 
• You will love using your initiative and being a team player.
