Salary: Total Remuneration Package (TRP) ranging from $147,661 to $160,000, based on skills and experience

Job Description:
The Coordinator Finance Operations will report to the Executive Manager Finance and oversee the management and strategic delivery of Financial Transactions, Rating Services, Rating Valuations, and Rates Collections functions.
This is no ordinary finance role - you will be part of a dynamic organization focused on providing high-volume finance transactions to various internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance.
Your role involves shaping and implementing best practices, leading a team, and interacting across the Council to enhance services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, reconciliations, utilities support, and more
- Lead the Rating Services unit managing property assessments, rate collections, direct debits, and concessions
- Guide the Rating Valuations function working with the Valuer General and internal departments
Requirements:
