As an Operations Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be hands-on with our customer base, ensuring that you help work towards our budget through sales, training, planning, customer service, and operations leadership, including:
- Prioritising tasks and coordinates the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures
- Stocking flow including, inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management, etc
- Providing excellent customer service and effectively handle customer complaints and queries
- Building and maintain effective working relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- An individual who loves working in a casual fun atmosphere
- You thrive in a retail environment and draw upon your knowledge of Operations (stock flow, inbound & outbound goods, etc)
- Strong multi-tasking skills, coupled with your keen eye for detail
- Understanding of inventory management and processes
- Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships
- Solid customer service skills that will create raving reviews
