We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Golf Operations Coordinator to join our Moore Park Golf team and provide coordination of the day to day operations of the Golf Course, Golf Shop, and Driving range.

Clublinks operates Moore Park Golf (Sydney’s premier Golf entertainment venue), Centennial Parklands Sports Centre and Toll House Health & Wellness within the Moore Park Precinct on behalf of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust (Trust). Located within 5km from the Sydney CBD, the Moore Park Precinct has thrived in recent times; growing substantially year on year and continuously enhancing its products and services, customer experience and improving business performance.
Each year Moore Park Golf has over 22 million golf balls hit on the driving range, 75,000 rounds of golf played and 25,000 golf coaching experiences; Moore Park is a one stop golfing and entertainment destination.
The Role
Reporting to the Golf Operations Managers, you will hit the ground running, providing exceptional operational coordination across the golf business with accountability for;
- Customer experience
- Staff mentoring, leadership and training
- Sales system management and financial reporting
- Stock management and control
- Facility management & maintenance
- Workplace health and safety
About you
You will have:
- Golf operations and/or industry experience
- Proven leadership experience or desire to step-up into a leadership role.
- Excellent communication, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proven ability to work and achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced, active environment
- Proven business and financial acumen
- Proven contractor and stakeholder relationship building & management
- Energetic and vibrant approach
- Current National Police check, Working with Children check and Senior First Aid qualifications
- PGA qualification advantageous but not essential
