The Role
Supporting the Regional Alliance Director as a 2IC and local BAU Leader, you will take leadership of the Facilities and Guest Relations teams within a global Financial Services account for a number of sites across their Sydney Campus. Partnering with Senior Leadership, you will develop and implement strategic operational priorities at a local level and in line with CBRE best practices, during a period of exciting and significant Workplace Mobilisation / Transformation that has garnered a great deal of media attention.
Based in Sydney CBD.

For the successful candidate, this is a career-defining role to support Senior Leadership on all strategic insights, campus projects and investment plans, including a brand new state of the art headquarters, and in an environment where top talent is recognised and promoted within the business.
A typical day may involve:
- Direct leadership of a robust team of 6 Managers across Facilities and Guest Relations, with overall oversight of a team of 26 across both client servicing functions.
- Developing and supporting Employee Engagement programs as well as improvements to training and onboarding processes.
- Responsibility for Risk, Assurance and WH&S activities, ensuring that SLAs and obligations are met.
- Partnering with the local People Business Partner to support employee events and recognition, delivered through Facilities and Operations Managers.
- Partnering with local and regional Senior Management to develop and implement initiatives that optimize operational performance, drive consistency and spearhead process improvements.
- Monitoring and managing appropriate staffing levels across the functions - supporting and approving effective recruitment by subordinates, coaching and development for organic promotion and healthy staff retention.
- Preparing and finalizing monthly reports including governance.
Requirements
- Strong background in Senior Operations Leadership within Workplace Services.
- Experience in business planning and budgeting at a senior level.
- Enterprise Account experience within a major Service Provider (highly preferred)
- Excellent relationship and people management skills
- High level proficiency with MS Office Suite. Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial and HR Platforms is preferred.
