• Regional Advocacy: Act as the primary conduit for APAC insights, shaping the global Sales Operations strategy through proactive regional representation.

• Change Strategy and Implementation: Architect and execute robust change management programs within APAC to ensure adoption of new processes, maintaining team performance and morale.

• Act as a business partner to the regional commercial leader.
