Qualifications & experience
- A certificate and qualification in Building Design/ Drafting.
- Minimum 5 Years experience working in Revit.
- Minimum 2 Years working directly with clients, consultants and council.
- Minimum 5 Years experience working on Residential projects.
- Have a high level understanding of relevant Legislation, Building Regulations, Australian standards, and Codes of practice.
- Have experience managing council applications through the NSW Planning Portal.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Hold and conduct meetings in office and on site with clients and consultants.
- Hold and conduct on site measure ups with clients.
- Schedule workflow and conduct weekly deadline scheduling.
- Work on CAD software (REVIT) to create and work on all types of projects.
- Prepare submissions to council and certifiers approvals.
- Manage applications and approvals with updates provided to clients.
- Work with consultants to prepare and manage documentation.
- Prepare Construction Plans, Approval Plans, Design Plans and Changes for clients, approval bodies and consultants.
