Your new role
Work with a dynamic team to foster solid, beneficial working relationships with partners, to ensure best outcomes for children and their families. Your new role will include:
- Lead day to day operations of the infant and Family Services programs and associated service agreements.
- Provide leadership, support and supervision of the Infant and Family Services Team Leaders.
- Support a culture of collective leadership and provide daily leadership to embed the Kids First vision and strategic plan.
- Support integrated practice and integration of services across streams.
- Develop and sustain a strong stakeholder network.
As the successful candidate you will have the following personal attributes:
- Highly developed management skills including managing employee reviews, supervision, coaching and feedback to ensure employees are supported, develop and engaged.
- Demonstrated experience in motivating and supporting employees in a change and reform environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound report, policy and procedure development and writing skills.
- Demonstrated personal value set that is aligned with Kids First organisational values.
