Operations Lead - Adult and Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service - the Local

Applications are sought from suitably qualified applicants to be part of the Echuca Regional Health team to deliver comprehensive Mental Health Services as part of the Adult and Older Adult Local Mental Health Service.
The Locals will act as a front door to the mental health service system and will provide holistic care including clinical interventions, wellbeing and therapeutic supports. Peer expertise and lived experience being crucial to service delivery.
The Operations Lead will, lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Echuca Adult and Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service. The Operations Lead will work closely with the Adult and Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service Manager and the Wellbeing and Primary Mental Health Manager to ensure the fidelity of the service model. The Operations Lead will support the culture of the Local by establishing an effective interprofessional team whilst embedding and valuing the voice of lived expertise in all aspects of service delivery. The Operations Lead will work alongside the Lived Experience Team Leader.
Our team requires someone who has:
- Qualifications in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other related discipline
- Proven experience in delivering quality mental health services
- High-level awareness and understanding of implementing new services and leading a team from a values based lens
- Commitment to working with peers from multiple professional and related disciplines
- Commitment to valuing the voice of Lived Expertise in all aspects of service delivery
