Operations Liaison Support

Veolia ANZ has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Liaison Support to join our team in Kilburn, SA. As the Operations Liaison Support you will be responsible for proactively coordinating service collections with external subcontractors and providing operational input into the set up of new customers.

• Analysing and approving risk assessments for customer sites to ensure safety standards are maintained.
• Liaising with external subcontractors, ensuring services are delivered to meet customer expectations.
• Obtaining quotes from external contractors.
• Preparing and analysing reports on customer profitability.
• Providing support to Vehicle Logistics Officers.
• General administration and stock ordering as required.

• Demonstrated in a similar role, ideally within transport / logistics
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Drivers Licence
• Intermediate computer literacy
