Your New Role:
In your role as an Operations Manager in Brisbane, you will take the helm of a diverse portfolio of childcare services, guide educational pedagogy, drive KPI success, and facilitate the launch of new services. Your leadership will ensure the seamless operation of our client services, maintaining adherence to the National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework, and regulatory compliance. You will play a crucial role in mentoring Service Managers and Educators, instilling a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a portfolio of childcare services.
- Support and guide Service Managers, Nominated Supervisors, and Approved Providers, ensuring operational excellence across your region.
- Forge strong partnerships with centre owners and clients.
- Assist Service Managers in meeting their KPIs.
- Implement and uphold service policies and procedures.
- Mentor Service Managers and Educators to promote service growth and success.
- Manage multiple sites, maintaining compliance with National Quality Standards and regulations.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires frequent travel, mainly around Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with potential for occasional interstate trips upon agreement.
What We're Looking For:
- Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel as needed, embracing the opportunity to make a difference across various locations.
- Location: Based in or near the Gold Coast/Brisbane area for convenient access to our headquarters and main sites.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a leadership role within the childcare sector, demonstrating exceptional operational, educational, and financial outcomes.
- Skills and Knowledge: Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilities, with deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and associated regulatory requirements.
- Technology Savvy: Proficiency in LMS, MS Office, Google Drive, and the ability to harness technology for greater efficiency and impact.
- Collaboration and Self-Management: Exceptional teamwork, organisational, and decision-making skills, with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
- Educational Background: Diploma in Early Years or Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood focus).
- Child Safety Certification: Current Working With Children's Check.
- Health and Safety Credentials: Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Driving Capability: Current driver's licence.
