Executive Director, Operations

About the role

The role will:

• Provide leadership and management in the delivery of efficient, safe and quality care within Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
• Have responsibility for leading and developing systems that support the key functions of patient safety and quality implementation, risk management (clinical and corporate), and patient access, flow and redesign.
• Lead and collaborate with organisational key stakeholders in the delivery of services, including service redesign, innovation and organisational wide change.
