Our company provides contract-cleaning services to various industries throughout Australia and leads the industry in terms of quality and service delivery. We are a well-established, highly reputable and professional organisation that has recently embarked on a strategic expansion programme. As a result, we are now looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager in South Australia to assist our organisation at this exciting time.
The Role
This is a key role within our company and is responsible for ensuring that the company continues to deliver outstanding levels of service to our customers whilst utilising opportunities to increase the sales revenue across the State. You will be a key member of the team and you will be responsible for the following:
- Day to day operational management of a portfolio of customers in the cleaning division, across the State;
- Helping to develop sales strategies to help increase sales and margins;
- Implementation of new sales & operational strategies;
- Maintaining and developing key accounts in the state; and
- Delivering a high level of customer service.
The Person
You will be highly motivated with a very positive outlook and be keen to be part of this successful team. You are a clear and concise thinker and communicator with solid problem solving and influencing skills.
You must also have the ability to identify sales opportunities and be able to follow through with the sales process from start to finish with support from the sales team.
You will possess a well-developed operational focus gained in the Commercial Cleaning industry or similar and will have some experience/exposure to the sales tasks as they may occur in the cleaning industry, including walk through inspections, staff rostering and basic tender preparation.
