The Role:

Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.

Team Management: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement effective inventory control measures.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

About your experience:

Proven Leadership: Experience in a managerial role, demonstrating effective leadership and team management.

Supply Chain Expertise: Strong understanding of distribution centre operations, logistics, and inventory management.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse complex situations and implement effective solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate at all levels.

Results-Driven: A track record of achieving operational targets and driving continuous improvement.
