To continue delivering on this mission, we’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager ICT Business Analystwho will be accountable for the successful execution of our platform in restaurants. You’ll be managing a team that provides design guidance and customized opportunities based on the scope of the restaurant and specific modules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Requirements Analysis:

  • Work with users to formulate and document clear business requirements for Tabit customers.
  • Ensure technology solutions meet the evolving needs of the business.

2. System Development and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement systems.
  • Ensure systems integrate seamlessly with existing business processes and comply with Australian regulations.

3. Project Management:

  • Manage restaurant implementation projects from inception to completion.
  • Responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.

4. Quality Assurance and Testing:

  • Oversee the testing of new systems to ensure functionality meets predetermined criteria.
  • Manage the resolution of any system defects.

5. Change Management:

  • Lead change management efforts by preparing stakeholders for transitions.
  • Provide necessary training and develop support materials.

6. Strategic Planning:

  • Offer strategic insights to customers on the effective use of technology to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiencies.

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Maintain regular communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage expectations and ensure project alignment with business goals.

8. Documentation:

  • Produce and maintain accurate documentation relating to system requirements, project plans, and progress reports.

9. Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure all IT systems and projects comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Focus on data security and privacy.

10. Continuous Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate business processes and technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.

11. Communication and Leadership:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills with upper management, direct and indirect teams, customers, and key accounts.
  • Train and lead by example on all aspects of the defined roles and responsibilities of Tabit Success Managers and Senior Tabit Success Managers.

12. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with high-profile customers via email, phone, and on-site visits.
  • Ensure successful discovery sessions to deeply understand specific customer requirements, leading to successful design and customization of all Tabit modules.

13. Product Knowledge and Education:

  • Maintain continued education expectations of the team to ensure product knowledge is current.

14. Responsiveness and Problem Solving:

  • Show a sense of urgency and ability to understand, control, and proactively address mission-critical items, tasks, and accounts.

15. Successful Rollout:

  • Responsible for the successful rollout of Tabit rOS and corresponding solutions in restaurants.

  • Work visa can be provided for this role
  • Expected start date for role: 01 June 2024
  • Expected salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per month
