Financial planning is a key service delivery area where our client support team work with multiple stakeholders to deliver expert wealth and insurance advice. The client experience is only possible with our stellar support team, which is where you come in!
As the Operations Manager, you will be leading our wealth and insurance support function. This role is critical to ensure we deliver our clients a great service experience.

Your role will include:
• Leading the support team (including outsourced resources) to ensure they are high performing and engaged to provide an exceptional level of service
• Managing the workflow of the team to deliver Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs) and strategy option documents
• Working with the Senior Management team to facilitate DPM’s ‘Financial Peace of Mind’ model including our investment strategy and insurance review process
• Preparing operational and client engagement reporting and analysis
• Identifying strategies and process improvements to service and retain existing clients
You will be successful because you are:
• Highly experienced in leadership roles within the financial planning industry
• An engaging leader who sets the pace through expectations and leading by example
• A great communicator who can influence and build relationships across all levels of the business
• Compliance focused with a strong attention to detail
• An exceptional problem solver with analytical skills, and the tenacity to follow things through
• Experienced with Xplan (essential) and always looking for ways to improve the way we use this software
• Tech savvy and know your way around the Microsoft Suite - Word, Outlook, Excel
