Operations Manager (Retail)

Permanent opportunity for an Operations Manager (Retail) to join a large property management company in Perth.

Your new company

You will be joining an ASX-listed property management/development company in one of their offices in Perth, Western Australia - located North of the River.

They're an established company with a large portfolio of work and much more in the pipeline, and are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you'll be tasked with managing the successful delivery of all operational services, making sure all company assets are compliant, presented well, and safe for all users.

You will manage 4 retail properties (all NOR), and travel regularly between each one. This includes one property in the Pilbara.

Your deliverables will include:

• Fulfil commercial responsibilities - metrics and reporting, financials, sustainability goals, inspections, compliance, etc.
• Provide mentorship and support to colleagues - hosting meetings, relationship development, etc.
• Perform quality/risk management; making sure all occupational health, safety, and emergency policies are followed.
• Meet your personal and centre team KPI's.
• Develop relationships with tenants, external teams, tradespeople, and stakeholders.
• Ensure data and reporting is maintained, safely and accurately.
• Fostering a strong team culture.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in property operations management (preference for retail-specific experience, but will consider others).
• Sound understanding of technical building operations, relevant legislation, and management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and environmental management.
• Excellent time management, organisation, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Can-do, determined attitude, with a solutions-focussed mentality.
• Australian Working Rights (able to work full-time, Monday-Friday).
