As the Operations Manager:
- You will play a pivotal role in optimizing and streamlining our back-office operations and driving Customer Service Excellence.
- You will leverage your expertise in ERP systems to drive efficiency and improve processes across the organization.
- Manage the business account with 3PL warehouse & 3PL couriers that provide warehouse & interstate logistics service to us.
- Your leadership and strategic thinking will be essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Your first 6-months:
- Take ownership of CIN7 & Starshipit adaptation and integration
- Automate Back-office and Customer function
- Drive excellent NPS and CSAT score
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of overseeing and managing all back-office processes, with a primary focus on Order Dispatch, Returns, and Refunds.
- Ensure these processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and guide the customer service team to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Empower the team to ensure timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues, fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Utilize your expertise to implement and optimize ERP systems, aiming to enhance operational efficiency, improve data accuracy, and facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role, with a strong background in back-office processes, customer service, and ERP systems.
Proficiency in implementing and managing ERP software. (CIN7)
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Strong Project Management skills.
