The role:
As Operations Manager, you will be based on site with a high performing centre management team. You will ensure compliance, OHS and tenant relations are at the forefront of mind.
Your day to day duties will involve:
- Contribution to the operations team driving collaboration whilst promoting Customer Service and Community Relations.
- Develop and implement Sustainability initiatives and best practices.
- Providing project coordination services for investigations and upgrades as required.
- Monitoring and directing contractor performance and ensure that all contracts are executed and performed with a quality output.
- Manage, develop and implement the strategic asset management plan for the properties.
- Preparation of operational and capital expenditure and operational budgets.
- Coordinate tenancy de-fits and new lease fit-outs
