AddressRETCo Holdings Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated trucking company with contracts over the entire Perth Metro region and regional areas.
We are actively seeking a Operations Manager to assist with the growth of RETCo and provide support to the Team as required.
Duties will include but not limited to
- Business and subcontractor development
- To provide day to day operational management of the organisation, ensuring safe, customer focused and profitable operations
- Communicate/review daily requirement for clients and truck availability with Scheduler/Works Administrator
- Communicate, support and promote quality, safety and environmental management
- Conduct weekly operation meetings with direct reports
- Participate in quality meetings, audits and initiatives
- Participate in incident investigations
- Oversee all projects – quotations, billing/claim submissions review contract and budgets to ensure profitability
- Review/approve final weekly payroll reports
- Review/approve all overhead and project-based invoices for payment
- Review and approve staffing requirements
- Prepare and conduct performance evaluations

- Participation and responsibilities in management review meetings
- Participation and responsibilities in toolbox meetings
- Participation and responsibilities in pre-start meetings
- Working within applicable controls documented in organisation
- Ensuring to work within applicable process, quality, OH&S and environmental risk controls, and
- Reporting and participation in investigations and corrective actions of incidents and non-conformances as required.
