What’s on offer?
After a strong start to 2024, Fulton Hogan’s Tasmanian team are going through a very exciting period of growth. Through Exciting project wins and a continued focus on creating a positive culture and environment for our team, we are starting to look ahead to the new-year and the forecast is looking busy.
With a new maintenance contract locked in, and a number of exciting opportunities arising with several of Tasmania’s biggest government organisations, we are looking for the support of an Operations Manager who with the assistance of a team of “maintenance and program delivery experts” will lead this exciting contract win.
Based out of Launceston at our Mowbray Depot this is the first time Fulton Hogan will deliver a network wide maintenance contract in Tasmania. 1300km of State Roads Network, including a small number of unsealed roads in the North East corner of Tasmania. Using innovative AI camera systems to monitor the network and deliver grass mowing, vegetation management, pavement maintenance and bridge, culvert and underpass asset maintenance You will work closely with local subcontractors and our own asphalt and sealing delivery teams to deliver a 5+1+1 year contract on behalf of the Department of State Growth.

• Extensive experience in the successful management of complex civil projects
• Experience and proven capability to work collaboratively with clients under any type of contract commercial model
• Strong stakeholder liaison skills - client relationship development and management is key
