About the Opportunity:
We are seeking applications from suitable candidates to fill the role of Crossroads Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Executive General Manager of our Civil Infrastructure division, you will be responsible for the Statewide operations for our Crossroads business which undertakes both civil construction and asphalting works.
You will be tasked with sustainably growing the Crossroads business throughout the state, including delivering on local government projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years at a Senior Project Manager or above level
- Successful construction management of multidisciplinary projects from a wide range of contract values and complexity
- Client relationships and stakeholder management experience
- Advanced practical knowledge of operational and regulatory requirements working within the civil construction industry
- Genuine commitment to health, safety, environment and quality outcomes
- Ability to lead, delegate and effectively manage performance of a multi-disciplined and geographically dispersed team
- Financial acumen including the ability to forecast, speak to financial reports and budget management
- Flexibility with work hours and ability to travel intrastate
