Appointment to the role is on a fixed term flexible basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight) for six months. 

• Provide support to project and program managers to help develop funding agreements, grants & form design and review of supporting documentation within the SmartyGrants system
• Assist with contract acquittal tracking, eligibility checking of grant applications and other support activities through the SmartyGrants Grants management software, Finance One and Content Manager.
• Undertake general operational activities, including records management, diary management, and process and maintain payments, invoices, and financial records and manage workflow in a timely manner.
• Respond to telephone enquiries, and coordinate email information requests.
• Manage COLLECT Arts Loan Scheme, which includes liaising with arts businesses and the Loans and Grants team to process funds to arts businesses.
• Provide back-up support to the Executive Officer, Cultural, Arts and Sport group with the coordination of Ministerial correspondence, information requests and briefings to Senior Executives when required.

• An understanding of grants management and basic contract management principles will be highly regarded
