What would this involve?
- You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your contract.
- Full time hours.
- Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
- You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
- Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
Gain valuable experience on the job:
- Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner, providing support to clients, students, apprentices and other trainees, along with internal staff and management.
- There is a strong emphasis on pastoral care.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on customer service, and attention to detail.
- Learn a wide variety of administration tasks including reception, scheduling of interviews, data entry, and document management.
- Cultivate a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required.
