Role Summary:
CHC Helicopter Karratha provides Helicopter services to Clients Offshore Facilities in the North West Shelf. Reporting to the Base Manager, the Operations Officer is responsible for the coordination of the daily flying program in liaison with all stakeholders at the base, Clients and Offshore Facilities. This role is fixed based in Karratha Western Australia
Key Responsibilities:
- All base administration duties including staff accommodation bookings, base maintenance requests, invoice checks and petty cash
- Complete the Daily flying program in liaison with Clients
- Provide flight following via Skytrac for all flights
- As part of rotating roster provide 24 hours coverage for all Client flight requirements including night callouts for urgent medevacs
- Flight crew roster administration
- Coordination with Ramp, Check In, Security & AOD testers flight requirements on the day
- Complete all operational reports for CHC and Clients
- Co-ordinate SAR and Medevac responses in accordance with Company Procedure
- General administration duties including petty cash, meeting minutes, invoicing, accommodation requirements for Pilots and Engineers
