About the Role
Reporting to the East Coast Operations Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate Coxons Group Australia’s asset availability to achieve branch sales & operational requirements and manage the master plan for the group to ensure customer deadlines are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Long term planning including coordination of priority rebuilds with local branches, managing changes to scope and demand dates and monitoring deliverables.
- Supporting branch planners, ensuring standardisation of processes, resourcing and job timing.
- Overseeing CORR returns for all branches.
- Coordinating the service exchange program across the group including managing availability to optimise utilisation, coordinating timing of purchasing with branches and ensuring critical parts are in stock.
- Providing support to the sales team with the development and management of job scopes including the identification of parts and labour.
- Assisting with the development of Bill of Materials (BOM) and liaising with sales personnel to ensure customer scope requirements are met.
You are a highly organised team player and with a natural ability to communicate with influence. You have experience in mechanical planning and are detail orientated and motivated.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Is competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
- Has strong written and verbal communication.
- Holds a mechanical trade qualification – highly regarded.
- Has experience using Cat SIS and other OEM programs.
