We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Maintenance Planner within our Operations Services Asset Management Maintenance team.
Reporting directly to the OS Superintendent Reliability, this role is responsible for ensuring core business processes are implemented effectively to drive safety, utilisation, and productivity across all of OS East Deployments. This role will be majority working remotely (i.e home), but will include site travel on an ad hoc basis (i.e. once a month).
Your duties will include:
- Integrating site and functional planning and scheduling teams
- Oversee all OS Maintenance planning and scheduling activities, including governance and facilitation of enterprise level policies and initiatives
- Foster positive & productive working relationships and team culture
- Lead planning routines including sequencing of task, labour optimization and efficiencies
- Support, analysis and reporting on compliance to schedules and plans
- Coordination and collaboration with other teams (supply, hosts sites, MCOE etc)
- Manage and develop maintenance plans to deliver improved safety, productivity and labour utilisation
- Support, analysis and reporting on compliance to schedules and plans
- Review resource allocations and optimisation of labour, tooling, Plant & Equipment
About You
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- The ability to successfully work within a team environment and build effective working relationships
- Experience in Mobile maintenance planning or equivalent industry experience
- Experience or a fast learner with work management software tools (e.g. 1SAP, Project, etc.)
- Experience in scoping and maintenance planning for multi-disciplined workgroups operating in a Mobile Maintenance environment is essential
- Experience gained in a shutdown/outage environment would be advantageous
- Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Minimum of C class manual drivers licence
