An ideal role for an experienced Real Estate Personal Assistant looking to further their career, Hodges Bentleigh are seeking a detail oriented, self-starter to become an integral part of our new division.
This position requires someone who has previously worked in the Real Estate industry and enjoys working on a broad range of tasks, a love of administration, attention to detail, great organisational and time management skills.
This is a superb opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and focused individual who is looking for a Monday to Friday Non-Retail role (ie. Not dealing with the general public) based in the office. Each day will allow you to become involved in all the workings of a busy and successful organisation.
The role includes (but is not limited to):
- Creating and reviewing marketing material;
- Coordinating the placement of media advertising including social and digital marketing for each property listing from Sales Agents and management of the organisation;
- Assisting sales with updating online property information, adding OFI times etc;
- Supervising the quality control of branded materials;
- Ensuring timely listing of properties and adhering to marketing deadlines;
- Assisting the team with preparation of listing presentations, sales proposals and marketing schedules;
- Oversee sales file compliance to meet legislative requirements;
- Managing and enhancing administrative processes as necessary.
The ideal candidate for the role of Operations & Sales Co-ordinator will have:
- Previous Real Estate industry experience (essential)
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong administrative skills;
- Excellent time management ability;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to proofread;
- Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines;
- The ability to work in a paperless office;
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously;
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Real Estate CRM’s, and general computer literacy;
