The company’s head office is located in Quoiba near Devonport, on the North West Coast of Tasmania, with our other Tasmanian branch office in Launceston. We are also located in Regional Victoria, with offices located in Newport, Melbourne and Corio, Geelong, as well including seven other depots located across the state.
About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Scheduler at our office in Newport. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Take and process orders.
- Process delivery information.
- Handling customer queries on deliveries
- Outbound calls to customers
- Support scheduling activity for Newport/Linehaul fleets and Lubes (with ability to cover leave)
- Handle driver queries and feedback on deliveries.
- Support the Newport Scheduler on compliance tasks (mass management, fatigue management, co-ordinate servicing)
- Other duties as required by the Newport Scheduler
