Roles and responsibilities will include but no limited to;
- Job scheduling
- Supervise workshop organizing day to day operations and liaising with leading hand.
- Coordinate staff in workshop – optimizing resource allocation.
- Developing and implementing efficient workflow processes.
- Coordinate onsite deliveries.
- Ensure quality product leaves the workshop.
- Ordering of materials and consumables.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Point of contact for employees and clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Managing the maintenance and reliability of machinery and infrastructure.
- Continually drive positive workplace culture.
- Other tasks as directed.
Skills & Experiences Required
- Cert III – Engineering.
- White Card.
- Forklift Licence.
- Car Licence
- Leadership and Management experience.
- Experience in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Understand requirements of engineering workshop.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Stock ordering and Inventory Management.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
