We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Field Operations team for Dubbo and the surrounding area.
About the role:
Reporting to the Regional / Area Manager, this position will be responsible for day to day field based support and coordination of operational deliverables including; the provision of efficient services to meet our client's requirements; and providing leadership, guidance and direction for our field-based employees.
This position will be challenging, with a high level of accountability for the delivery of our operational services, maintaining our obligations and supporting our clients.
You will be a key driver of company culture and Safety will always be the key objective for you and your teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate the efficient provision of services and appropriate identification and assignment of resources to meet and maintain Lack Group and client operational requirements; including; facilities, plant, equipment and personnel;
- Positive and supportive day to day engagement and interaction with a wide variety of client representatives, in line with company expectations;
- Ensure timely reactions and responses to client needs, focused on achieving best possible solutions;
- Ensuring all activities undertaken comply with the companies Workplace Health Safety, Environmental, Quality policies and procedures,
- Identify any negative trends and anomalies, provide recommendations and solutions based on analysis of these findings,
- Coaching employees on company policies, expectations and performance.
To be successful in this role you will have the following:
- Driver Licence (manual preferred)
- Construction Induction card (White Card)
- NSW TCR Traffic Controller Card
- NSW IMP Implement Management Plan Card
- NSW PWZ (Highly desirable but not essential)
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience in a similar position within construction, services and/or heavy civil environment;
- Experience leading and motivating a diverse team in a fast paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to managed multiple tasks within strict deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail;
- Proficient in the use of computer applications.
