L&O Technologies is seeking a motivated and energetic new member to join our management and operations team in Melbourne’s North. This role is the perfect opportunity for a qualified electrician or leading hand to take the next step in your career.
This fulltime, role will see you combining service coordination, technical and customer service support to our clients and support staff.
Working closely with our team of trades and apprentices, the successful candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, experience in personnel and team management, strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Reporting to the branch operations manager to assist the day-to-day running of the operational requirements, the role will involve the following:
- Plan, schedule, organise and prepare for the daily operations within the business
- Oversee and enforcement of the company's workplace health and safety policies and obligations
- Ensure timely service and order delivery and complete customer satisfaction
- Mentor and coach our team of apprentices and technicians
- Provide technical and electrical support to internal and external clients
Essential Skills:
- Effective planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the workflow of staff.
- Methods and techniques of coordinating and scheduling workloads.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills with demonstrated effectiveness in developing new systems, processes and procedures to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience as a Supervisor in a similar industry;
- Developed customer service skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to enable communication with staff, builders and contractors at all levels;
- Proven experience to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
