Your new role
Reporting to the Hire Fleet Manager this role will be a combination of being based in the office and in the hire yard located at Hume ACT. You will lead a small team to complete a range of diverse tasks associated with the preparation and return of Ausco Hire Fleet Assets for customers. On a daily basis you will be:
- Prepare hire fleet for safe transportation and transit to customer location in accordance with safety requirements
- Documents all outgoing and incoming hire fleet assets
- Ensures fleet meets Ausco standards and is thoroughly checked and inspected, as per internal quality controls, prior to dispatch
- Coordinates and participates in stocktake of serialised, non-serialised and store items accounting for all company assets
- Thorough and effective administration of asset management processes in company approved systems
- Manage specialised projects and subcontractors
About you

- Strong planning and time management capability, that is adaptable and flexible to meeting competing and at times conflicting deadlines
- Takes pride and is driven to commitment to a 'One Team' culture that openly and transparently contributes to positive cross-functional engagement
- Completed in computer literacy in MS office (Outlook, Word etc)
- Knowledge of the modular building, building, construction or resource industry is advantageous
- Must have a forklift (High Risk) Licence and current drivers' licence
