Your Role
You will play a vital role in processing booking data into our property management system, RMS9, while liaising with client third-party travel companies and our village teams.
Your focus on accuracy and efficiency will ensure prompt, professional service delivery, adhering closely to company policies and procedures. Collaborating seamlessly with colleagues, you'll contribute to maintaining effective communication between reservations and village teams, while upholding our commitment to safety culture.
Full-time and casual positions available.
About You
You possess at least six months' experience in front office commercial or hotel accommodation, coupled with a minimum of two years' general office administration experience. Your proficiency in accommodation software packages and Microsoft Office, along with excellent communication skills, enables you to excel in providing exceptional service.
