- Process applications and ensure accuracy and quality document management
- Provide enquiry response and advice to Regions and other external organizations
- Use information systems to input, update and query information and extract and synthesize data
- Respond to queries, compliments, complaints and appeals
- Liaise with other departments, interstate and Commonwealth agencies and industry peak bodies
- Write and/or review departmental and other correspondence in accordance with departmental standards
- Manage work delivery to ensure agreed business outcomes, performance indicators and deadlines are achieved
- Work autonomously and achieve results with minimal supervision
- Work professionally at all times displaying initiative and drive to see that goals are achieved
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Extremely high level of attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Analytical skills- interpreting numerical and written information
- Reliable and adaptable to respond to changes in workloads and priorities.
- Management of confidential and sensitive information
- Data entry skills with the ability to quickly and accurately enter data into systems
