Your new role as Operations Support Specialist will join a newly created team reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor. You will be part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:
Role Responsibilities:
- Daily invoicing
- Raising of purchase orders
- Data entry
- Customer service and general administration
- Inbound and outbound phone calls
- Payroll entry
- Managin customer SLA’s and compliance
- Service Coordination of Field Technicians
About You:
Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Experience coordinating/scheduling field technicians in a fast paced environment
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Able to work between hours of 7am-6pm on a rotating shift roster
- Experienced with data entry and analysing data
- Experienced working with MS Office - Excel
- Knowledge of Pronto / Salesforce or other ERP / CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
- A customer centric focus
- Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly.
