Job description

Your new role as Operations Support Specialist will join a newly created team reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor. You will be part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Daily invoicing
  • Raising of purchase orders
  • Data entry
  • Customer service and general administration
  • Inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Payroll entry
  • Managin customer SLA’s and compliance
  • Service Coordination of Field Technicians

About You:
Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
  • Experience coordinating/scheduling field technicians in a fast paced environment
  • Enjoys working in a team environment
  • Able to work between hours of 7am-6pm on a rotating shift roster
  • Experienced with data entry and analysing data
  • Experienced working with MS Office - Excel
  • Knowledge of Pronto / Salesforce or other ERP / CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
  • A customer centric focus
  • Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly.
