Expansion of our Paediatric Assistive Technology Operations in South Australia has created an opportunity to support our local team. Our work helps kids with additional needs to live life to the fullest and achieve their maximum potential.
We seek a Full-Time, Operations Support / Delivery Driver to provide technical support to our growing local team. This is a varied but rewarding role, that will require you to work efficiently, accurately and independently in your area to deliver end results for our customers.
The role involves providing technical support to workflow throughout the local business unit and includes assisting in the setup of demonstration equipment (full training provided) and delivery of orders and training customers, as well as repairs and maintenance. You will also be responsible for receipting of incoming goods, dispatching finished goods and stock at our warehouse.

Your responsibilities:
- Assembly and setup of demonstration equipment to measures for product trials and customer orders
- Delivery, installation and training of equipment to clients
- Repairs and maintenance, including assisting administration staff to gather information on product fault, source replacement parts
- Maintain Rehab Warehouse, Spare parts and Demo stock in good condition
- Responding to internal and external enquiries regarding technical aspects of the product range in a timely manner
- Manage deliveries including receiving, checking to specifications and assisting to resolve discrepancies
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated Mechanical Aptitude and competency with hand tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent reliable work ethic, and physically fit for the role
- Solution focussed approach
- Team player attitude
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience in a technical or servicing role would be an advantage
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Police Check, Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Vaccinations - Influenza and Covid 19 (min. 2 doses plus booster) or Medical Exemption
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
