Excel is an established Civil Excavation company working within the Sydney Metro and Greater Sydney areas. Our fleet ranges from 2t – 50t Excavators, a range of Positracks as well as dump trucks, dozers and compaction equipment.
We are looking for someone to join our team to manage the day to day allocations of plant and operators.
Your Duties will include:
- Manage a team of experiences operators
- Be the first point of contact for clients and operators
- Daily scheduling of plant and operators as required
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members
- Ensure QSE requirements are being completed
- Obtaining and sourcing new business opportunities for the company.
The candidate will have/be:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Well organised
- Self-motivated to achieve daily challenges
- 1-2 years allocations experience, experience with plant allocations preferred
- Able to address problems and provide solutions to issues.
