Operations/Supply Chain Administrator

Experienced operations/ supply Chain Administrators for a growing manufacturing business. The role is to ensure all administrative tasks are up to date across the internal divisions and the delivery of goods.Duties include but not limited to:Coordinate with transport providers in the planning and delivery of goods.Manage alternative plans for transport or material disruptionMonitor stock levels/ inventory within the warehouse across regional warehouse locationsPlanning and managing international freight Coordinate warehouse and consignment stock Participate and record weekly meetings to update and report to managersDemonstrate and promotes WHS and wellbeing policies company standardTo be successful, you will need to demonstrate your experience in:Effective communications skills both written and verbalManufacturing or logistics industry experience is highly desirableHigh level attention to detail and focus on the taskTrustworthy with a high level of integrity and commitment toward the company and business needsAbility to work independently whilst also as part of a teamPrepared to accept change and work positively towards achieving new challenges as they ariseAbility to function autonomously whilst being part of a teamHighly articulate with excellent oral and written communication skillsGood time management skills and the ability to multi-task across areas.To apply, please follow the apply now prompts.
