About the role:
Based at our Bibra Lake site, we are seeking an Operator to join our team in a casual role. Your day to day tasks will include operating plant and equipment within our facility to treat medical waste, whilst also maintaining a high level of safety and housekeeping standards. With varied daily tasks, you will sort and load/unload medical waste collected from our broad customer base. This may include tasks such as transferring waste from collection containers both large and small.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Availability for shifts commencing at 8am, Monday to Friday
- Available for between 24 and 38 hours a week
- The ability to work as part of a team, but also independently with our diverse team
- Willingness to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
- Willingness to undertake a National Police Criminal History Check (if required)
Due to the nature of this work, evidence of currency of vaccination or the willingness to receive defined vaccinations is essential. This will include Covid (2 shots minimum), Flu Shot and Hepatitis A & B.
