About the role:
The Operations Lead System Reform and Innovation is a senior leadership role driving, designing and developing critical projects to support our model of care. During this long service leave replacement opportunity there will be three key projects for action.
- Completing the Women's Pathway mapping project with the University of Melbourne and integrating this work into the Towards 25 Operating Model.
- Operating Model development, testing and implementation through support and contribution to the Towards 25 project groups.
- Scoping the Zero Suicide Framework and developing an implementation plan for the organisation aligned with the model of care and under the governance of the Clinical Operations Committee.
