About the role
Reporting into the GM of Marketing, the Marketing + Innovation lead, is a newly created and diverse role which will see you acting as custodian of the product portfolio and take a lead role in driving the innovation pipeline, through providing insights and information on trends to make recommendation shape the future of the portfolio and working cross functionally with their NPD and manufacturing teams to bring to life.
From a marketing perspective, you will lead the development of marketing collateral for both online and office, as well as customer presentations to drive business development and brand awareness both locally and on an international scale.
Note: potential four day per week option available for the right candidate.
Key skills and experience
- Prior Brand or Product Management experience within the skincare, personal care, or beauty space
- End to end NPD and innovation experience working with local manufacturing
- Experience working with data sets eg. Mintel, WGSN, to develop insights and make recommendations
- A passion for the skincare, beauty or personal care space with an understanding of key trends driving the category
