About the role
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Optical Assistants. You will be involved in all aspects of our customer journey from using high-tech equipment to dispensing and frame styling. You will constantly be busy as no two days are the same at Specsavers Mackay.
If you have no experience in optics or audiology but have a passion for professional healthcare and a willingness to undergo comprehensive training, we want to hear from you.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:
- Optical dispensing qualification experience will be highly desired, but not essential.
- A self-starter with a sense of humor who enjoys variety and a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers.
