About the role
You will be an integral part of a busy store environment and very important to our customer service journey. Our Optical Assistants pride themselves on their product knowledge and customer service. Whether you are meeting and greeting customers, providing advice on our products or placing specialised orders. You will provide expert advice to our customers on our range of fashionable frames and guide those who are trying contact lenses for the first time.
