You have customer service expertise, retail sales experience, fashion knowledge, engaging personality, and interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding service and assistance that will truly delight patients.
This position is ideal for a junior candidate aspiring to attain their Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing.
- Enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
- Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers
- General practice activities including bookings, administration and adjustments and repairs
Skills & Experience:
- Optical background preferred but not essential
- Excellent customer service and sales experience
- Strong organisational, administrative and appointment book management skills
- Problem solving and sound judgement
- Good communication with the ability to build rapport with customers and the team
