Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking an Optical Dispenser to join our team in the Edwardstown store. You will have the opportunity to work in a modern, progressive, fast-paced business where providing exceptional customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.

You’ll be involved in all aspects of our customer journey, which will include using high-tech pre-testing equipment and dispensing from our range of fashion forward, excellent quality frames. You’ll work to healthcare guidelines, give advice fashion and styling advice, and provide a great customer experience at every opportunity.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience as an Optical Dispenser or have a strong background in a retail environment. You will have fantastic organisation and communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and thrive on working at a fast pace.

The role

As an Optical Dispenser, you'll use your skills and experience to give customers a dispensing service of the highest clinical standards. You'll be a role model for junior staff, working your magic with customers, liaising with optometrists and retail teams, and giving clear, sound advice. Your efforts will help drive customer loyalty and overall store sales - making you a key member of the team.

The skills we’re looking for

As an experienced and/or qualified Dispenser, you are good with people and a natural when it comes to customer care. You're friendly, polite, comfortable working as part of a team and able to answer questions and queries thanks to your excellent optical knowledge.
