Working within our Darwin store, you will join one of our busiest businesses within a dedicated team. This position will be offered as permanent full time working 38 hours per week. Ideally, we are seeking someone who can cover a range of weekdays and weekends.
The Darwin location proudly runs our Outreach Program delivering expert eye care to remote communities across the NT's Top End. Our full time dispensers participate in trips about every 4 to 6 weeks. Each trip can be up to 3 nights away, and candidates must be comfortable with light aircraft.
About you
You are active in your approach, passionate about your service delivery and driven to achieve great results. Maybe you are studying optometry and you can demonstrate:
- Previous experience, interest or studying in optics (ideal)
- Passion for up to date trends and flair for fashion
- Willingness to assist customers with appropriate frame selection - making lens recommendations
- Pride in product and store by maintaining our high standards promoting our professional image
- Ability to work towards achieving store sales target with promoting campaigns and special offers
