We are now seeking a senior and experienced Optical Dispenser who comes from a confident background within the Optical industry to join this busy practice located in the Western Suburbs.
You will confidently interact and engage with all clients, guiding them through the ranges with a superior customer service experience. You will learn all product knowledge to assist your clients in brand awareness ensuring that your customer loyalty and sale targets are met. You will be driven by customer satisfaction in knowing you have delivered the best possible options for their eyesight, exceed in building strong relationships and have a consultative service standard.Skills & Experiences required:
- Prior knowledge of the Optomate systems
- Management of appointment book
- Dispensing
- Frame styling and repairs
- Pre-testing - eye health scans
- Patient education on good, better and best options
- History of maximising sales at all opportunities to ensure you are meeting and exceeding targets
- Be a self-motivated consultant
- Excellent verbal and written communication and immaculate presentation
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well above award rates depending on experience and qualifications
