Optical Receptionist - Alan Burrow & Associates Optometrists

Dr Alan BurrowAssociates Optometrists are seeking an experienced and passionate Optical Receptionist to our team on a part time contract, hours and days negotiable.
A little bit about you

• 2+ years experience in office administration or reception
• Have excellent customer service and people skills
• Commitment to exceptional levels of patient service
• Be open to continued learning and education
• Professional presentation
• Experienced computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Good time management with the ability to multitask

Duties and Responsibilities
As key member of our team you will be a natural communicator who is passionate about helping people.
The role requires a strong eye for detail, sound organisational skills, and someone that is willing to take initiative.

• General Reception and front desk duties
• Assist with patient management
• Work in a modern, progressive environment with ongoing training provided

Optical experience would be an asset but not essential (we will provide optical training).
