About the role
As a Oracle CX Consultant, you will be working in close collaboration with our management team, our local Australian consulting staff and our growing pool of offshore talent to support pre-sales, design, configure, implement and support Oracle CX Cloud Solution delivery to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with pre-sales demo preparation of Oracle CX Cloud applications
- Assist with solution definition, effort estimation and project planning
- Provide expertise on Oracle product features, configuration and customisations
- Design, configure, support testing and production migration and deployment of CX Cloud solutions
- Support the application upgrades, enhancements and fixes of our client’s instances as part of Managed Services
- Learn and gain skills with new products and features as they emerge
Key requirements for this role
- Hold a graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in Information Technology
- 3-5 years of professional IT experience with focused 1-3 years of experience with implementing Oracle CX cloud applications
- Proven experience in translating business needs into feasible, valuable solutions
- Experience with end to end software development lifecycle
- Passionate about technology and a strong desire and ability to quickly learn new technology and products
- Self-motivated and driven towards innovations and new ideas
- Excellent communication - speaking, listening and writing skills
- Good at building effective relationships with clients and a strong customer service focus
- Strong at self-planning and self-organizing, with a focus on meeting deliverable milestones
- An analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
Technical Skills
Preferably certified with one or more of the following Oracle Cloud Applications:
- Oracle Engagement Cloud
- Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow)
- Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua, Responsys, Maximizer)
- Oracle CPQ
